My plan is to cycle from Venice, CA to La Jolla, CA in 2 days.  I will leave on June 27th and arrive in La Jolla, San Diego CA on June 28th, 2015. The trip is approximately 130 miles. I will stop at most of the fire stations along my route and take photos and chat with the teams and I will post photos of my trip as I go.  Last year we visited at least 7 Fire Stations along the route and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. They shared stories about their work, asked me questions, showed me around and even gave me special T-Shirts of their station.  It was a great experience and now I want to be a fireman even more than ever!  (all pictures can be found under the Past Rides, 2014 tab)
